I find that the S/M fits most people: children/teens/women. The adjustable straps make it very easy to get a good fit.
M/L SIZING:
5"H x 9 1/2"W (Specs do not include the ear loops)
I recommend the M/L for adult males or adults who want a larger area of their face covered. Most people will be fine with the S/M and just adjusting the ear straps.
